Build Your Waterfront Route

Pick where you're starting and how much time you have. The tool lays out a walking order along the promenade — it never cuts a stop short, it simply leaves out whatever doesn't fit.

No JavaScript? Three ready-made routes

The interactive builder above needs JavaScript. If it isn't running, here are three fixed routes for the most common time budgets, starting from the west end near Reis Magos. These are static examples — walking times are approximate.

How the builder works

The tool walks the promenade in order from your chosen starting point, adding the next stop only if the walking time from the previous stop plus the time you'd spend there still fits inside your remaining budget. If a stop doesn't fit, the route stops there rather than showing you a stop you can't actually see properly in the time left. That's why a 45-minute walk from the same start might end at a different landmark than a 50-minute one, and why the numbers you see are always described as approximate.
